We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as financial, health, or government ID data) through our SMS communications.

How We Use Your Information

We use your phone number and related information solely to:

  • Send you important updates, event information, and exclusive offers related to Vybe, where you have opted in to receive such communications.

  • Respond to your inquiries or manage your reservations.

  • Maintain records of your consent and communication preferences as required by law.

Message frequency will vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of receiving SMS messages from Vybe at any time by using any of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

  • Reply HELP to any text message to receive assistance or contact information.

  • Contact us directly at (480) 462-2890 or owner@vybechandler.com to request removal from our messaging list.

After opting out, we will retain a record of your opt-out request to ensure compliance and to prevent future messages from being sent to your number. You may opt back in at any time by following the consent process described above.

How We Protect Your Information

  • Active phone numbers are retained while you remain an opted-in subscriber.
